Functional Medicine Provider (ND, PA, ARNP) About the opportunity: Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (ND, PA or ARNP) to join our dynamic concierge medicine team at our South Everett and Kirkland locations. Vida offers a personalized Functional Medicine approach to Primary Care. We understand that each patient is unique and deserves individual medical care. That is why we offer a concierge membership for our patient’s primary care and functional medicine needs. Our model allows for fewer patients, longer consultation times, personalized treatment plans, and a strong emphasis on preventive care. Our providers have the opportunity to practice medicine with a holistic view, considering factors such as lifestyle, environmental influences, and genetic predispositions in their diagnoses and treatment plans. If you want to work collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team with other great providers, this is an excellent opportunity to join our unique and effective healthcare model. Our team consists of Functional Medicine ND’s, PA’s, Nurses, Nutritionists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, and Massage Therapists allowing for a true in-house integrated approach to care. Compensation: This is a salaried position, ranging from $125,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on patient panel size. Perks & Benefits: • Generous and Flexible Paid Time Off• Hybrid opportunity of mainly in clinic and at-home telemedicine days, if desired• Paid Holidays• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more• Internal Wellness program with annual credits• Continuing education allowance, along with ongoing support and mentorship• Product & Supplement Discounts• 401(k) Retirement Program with employer match Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.• Provide medical consultations in Vida clinic and via Telemedicine.• Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate functional medicine to address the patient’s health issues.• Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patient’s treatment plans, for each patient.• Monitor patient’s condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly.• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external. Qualifications:• US Work Authorization.• Functional Medicine Training or other similar training is required, IFMCP preferred or in progress.• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in primary care setting.• Active WA state professional license in good standing (Licensed Naturopathic Physician, Physician Assistant, Medical Doctor, or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).)• Knowledge of injections such as IV Infusion therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy Procedures, trigger point injections, steroid injections, and PRP Joint/Prolotherapy is a plus.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
