Maintenance Coordinator/Vendor Dispatcher We are looking for a problem-solving and highly organized coordinator to join our team. You're a multitasker, acting as the first point of contact for customer requests, while also arranging the scheduling, reporting, and communication for service calls. You’ll communicate with field teams and customers using messaging apps, email, and telephones. Responsibilities: • Schedule service calls for customers and field teams• Track dispatch service calls and arrival times• Connect with field teams and customers about special requests or details• Log customer complaints and service tech notes• Plan and adjust service calls when necessaryWe are currently seeking an organized and responsible maintenance coordinator to triage maintenance requests, direct maintenance operations, and document repairs. We are a residential property management company and direct the maintenance efforts of almost 400 residential rental houses in Colorado. The ideal candidate will understand residential mechanical and technical work, have excellent leadership and supervisory skills, be highly organized, have a strong ability to multi-task, and be a great communicator. You will:• Create a work environment with safety as a high priority• Perform evaluations of employees to ensure the quality of work• Record and track daily progress reports• Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed• Create and adhere to maintenance budgets• Establish, manage, and maintain schedules for all residences• Oversee, manage, and direct all maintenance procedures and operations• Assess current maintenance work processes to optimize efficiency• Manage employees and work orders proactively• Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems• Oversee repairs from start to finish Qualifications: • Previous work in a customer-facing position• Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills• 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required• Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions• Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree• Organizational skills and the capability to prioritize a must• Ability to multi-task, and maintain professionalism under stress• Occasional weekend, evening, or night work as needed• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred• 3+ years of relevant experience in maintenance and dispatching• Extensive knowledge of a variety of mechanical systems• Previous managerial experience is highly preferred• Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously• Ability to consistently maintain positive client relationships• Can effectively and efficiently handle administrative responsibilities• Makes safety a priority at all times• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a solid understanding of other software (Appfolio) Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly About Company: Listings.com is a privately owned Real Estate Brokerage that conducts residential sales, residential leasing, and residential property management.
