<p>Keysight Technologies is looking for a highly motivated individual with intermediate/advanced equipment support and repair skills. Responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas. Duties may be related to installation, maintenance, repair and support of glass manufacturing equipment, technical support of one or more production processes, product test and troubleshooting and technical analysis and problem-solving. Conducts tests, experiments and/or problem resolution associated with components, parts, products, or processes/systems.<br /> <br /><strong>Machinery & Equipment:</strong></p><ul><li>Supports multi-discipline manufacturing processes and equipment with respect to the repair, maintenance, installation and/or enhancement of a select group of machinery and equipment or interrelated systems.</li><li>Determines, develops, and evaluates approaches to manufacturing technical assignments.</li><li>Solves complex manufacturing technical problems of varying scope and complexity, requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of technical disciplines, operations, procedures, and department objectives.</li><li>Processing of all job types develops machine improvements and modifications when required.</li><li>Performs minor and major PM's, using ball bar and measurement data to make equipment corrections and solutions.</li><li>Makes independent decisions regarding equipment repairs, recommends, and makes machine improvements to improve part quality.</li><li>Utilizes all machine fabrication equipment; welding, machine equipment including milling and lathe equipment.</li><li>NC and conventional PM repair work, assuring all business and customer needs are met.</li><li>Milling, polishing, grinding, and electrical background preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the installation, maintenance, repair and support of manufacturing equipment or processes.</strong></li><li><strong>Small, large, wet, and dry machine repair, and preventative maintenance experience.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong communication skills, verbal and written, are a must.</strong></li><li><strong>Requires higher education or specialized training/certification; (AA in Electronics highly desired).</strong></li><li><strong>Requires extensive knowledge and skills to provide technical support of one or more production processes, product test and troubleshooting and technical analysis and problem-solving.</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to Conduct tests, and/or problem resolution associated with components, parts, products, or processes/systems.</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in the design and/or build of tools.</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to solve complex manufacturing technical problems to make equipment corrections and solutions.</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in minor and major PMs, and repair work.</strong></li><li><strong>Specialized skills in equipment maintenance preferred. </strong></li><li><strong>Works well in a team setting.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): Pay Range: </strong>$34.00/hour - $42.00/hour W-2. <strong>Benefits: </strong>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). <strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Monday thru Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours/week). <strong>Work onsite:</strong> 5301 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA, 95051. <strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 24 months (06/24/2024 to 06/23/2026). </p>
