From sports and arts to leadership workshops and community service projects, you will create a variety of programs that inspire and engage teens. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help make the YMCA a fun and welcoming place for all. 🏀🎨 👩 🏫 Responsibilities: Assist in planning and implementing teen programs and activities Lead and supervise teen participants during programs Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment Build meaningful relationships with teens, providing mentorship and support Collaborate with other staff to ensure high-quality program delivery Assist with program evaluation and feedback collection 🙌 Qualifications: Experience working with teens in a recreational, educational, or mentoring capacity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and enthusiasm for designing and leading activities Ability to work well in a team environment Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/AED/CPR Certification from ASHI, American Red Cross or American Heart Association or willingness to obtain the certification within 30 days of hire Candidates must be a of minimum 21 years old This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check.
