Position Title: [Project Manager] Location: [Chandler, AZ] Anticipated Start Date: [ASAP] Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: [12 Months] Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY), [HYBRID] Pay Range: [$60] - [$65] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: * 3 to 5 years project management skills * Specific focus on managing deployment activities * Deal-breaker items unable to manage time; unable to respond to request timely * Deployment Lead * Will be responsible to monitor the end-to-end completion of computer devices for one of the Banks line of businesses; will be required to face off and communicate with all levels of management, including senior leaders in a specific line of business; will interface with our other team members, desktop engineers, product owners, tech support and a myriad of skills sets * Team structure: * Yes, the candidate will report to the Hiring Manager - there are 15 team members at this time * What is the project they are working on and/or selling points of the role * Upgrading the Windows 11 OS on 360K computer devices * Specific industry term(s) useful for the search * Project Manager with experience with large scale deployments * This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. * Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on). * Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. * Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. * Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. * Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. * Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. * Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. * Support resource planning for delivery/execution. * 5 - 7 years of experience with large and complex Technology related projects, process design, gathering and analyzing user/ system requirements, managing deliverables, timelines, project plans, reporting status and tracking metrics/ KOI's * Skills desired also include strong process design, documentation, systems such as JIRA and Remedy, communication and presentation skills, along with a general technical knowledge of the system architecture.Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
