Associate Attorney

Our growing firm is seeking a probate and estate planning attorney who can handle a heavy caseload, work independently, and work well as part of a team. You would be handling a mix of estate planning and probate cases. The successful candidate will have at least a couple of years of experience with probate procedures and will be comfortable handling a large number of probate cases. This is a full-time, in-office role. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: --- Drafting revocable trusts and related documents --- Handling probate cases from start to finish --- Managing client relationships --- Assisting with business development initiatives --- Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws --- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and notices --- Complete legal research Qualifications: --- Able to work independently while handling multiple files --- At least 2 years of experience as a probate attorney --- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree, as well as a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school --- Admitted to California State Bar About Company: Weiner Law is a growing trusts and estates firm.
