This role will be working alongside an.Holt Engineering have a very exciting Trainee opportunity for someone looking to become a fully skilled Production Technician. This role will be working alongside an organised production team to ensure testing and build targets are met, this role involves machine testing, building sub-assemblies, finished products and any other tasks as and when needed. Previous experience within engineering or manufacturing environments is essential, experience of assembling electrical or mechanical goods is desirable but full training will be given. The starting Salary is £26,000 with the opportunity to increase up to £30,000 per year, the role is based in Poole working a day shift with an early finish on Fridays Benefits for the successful Trainee Production Technician: - Clear progression plan and earning potential of up to £30,000 - Support and training - Early finish on a Friday - Free parking - New modern facilities Duties of the successful Trainee Production Technician - Working on the testing and product/subassembly build and completing daily assignments to meet the production schedule - Maintaining the high standards of quality, regulatory and ISO requirements - working on a range of electro-mechanical subassemblies and full product builds Requirements to be considered for the Trainee Production Technician - Willingness to work as part of a team and take on other activities in the factory - Quality focused individual with good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight delivery schedules - Experience within an engineering/ manufacturing environment - A valid forklift would be advantageous but not essential If you are looking for the next step in your career and keen to develop your skills please apply with your CV today and Yasmin will call you.
