Requirements:Admitted to practice law in the state.2-4 years of experience in tax law.Strong understanding of transactional tax principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Any relevant tax certifications are a plus. Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
