• Ensure breakfast area attendants are following role duties per the checklist• Assist team in completing the Role Duties of Breakfast Attendant, such as setting up the breakfast area before guests arrive, greeting guests warmly and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, handling food with care and health regulations, and providing great customer service Responsibilities:• Supervise food in the area and ensure buffet items are full, hot and fresh• Review completed items with each attendant before they depart the breakfast area• Implement cleaning and other projects if needed/as needed in the breakfast area• Communicate with the Food & Beverage director on areas of opportunity with the breakfast team Qualifications:• Previous experience in food handling, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and experience in the hotel industry are advantageous Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly About Company: We are a full-service and hopping hotel in a high occupancy market.
