Description Employbridge Search Group has an opening in Glendale, KY we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of a variety of IT projects. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and time constraints. Responsibilities * Enhancing competitiveness through the establishment and management of management system and information management platform through the planning and construction of IT infrastructure / systems, maximizing management / production efficiency through system operation / enhancement, and improving quality. * Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Create and manage project schedules, identifying critical milestones and dependencies. * Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies! * Lead project meetings and communicate project status updates to stakeholders. * Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects remain within approved financial plans. * Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously * PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
