The ideal candidate must possess exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills, along with a strong academic background.Duties:Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters related to renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' real estate transactions and projects.Represent clients in real estate negotiations, mediation, and litigation proceedings.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on real estate matters.Experience in renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate preferred.Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.Active law license in Missouri, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active law license in Missouri, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
