Description:
Serve as Project officer for SETA support. Coordinate and develop procedures relating to: Financial management, acquisition, implementation, and distribution Logistical support for hardware, software, and supplies Services required by projects. Plan, conduct, and/or direct highly complex reviews and initiate reports. Brief higher headquarters and other commands with recommendations on best courses of action Analyze and evaluate project development, progress and performance. Support periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine status of overall project. Ensure coordination for all actions and detect potential slippages in advance. Identify potential increases in cost. Review and monitor all critical project documents. Plan, organize, and evaluate work of members and organizations in relationships to the project. Bring wide knowledge of program management to the management/administration of assigned projects. Review program documentation. Make decisions concerning long-range plans, policies, and schedules. Improve the programmatic and technical effectiveness of the management team. Submit suggestions for new opportunities and reports user/customer problems. Qualifications: B.A. or B.S in any discipline 4+ years of related experience including: Program/product manager assignments. Supporting delivery of Program of Record or Operation Needs Statements Experience in Army Acquisitions Knowledge and experience in Program Management Full range of program management principles and practices experience to include: Budgeting, planning, staffing, and funding Managing resources for matrix, support contractor and external PMs Experience developing program plans, integrated master plans, and integrated master schedules. MS Office suite of tools (Power Point, Excel, Word) Familiarity with acquisition lifecycle management (preferred) DAWIA Certification (preferred) Required: Active DoD Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred) Job Type: Full-time
