A company is looking for a People Operations & Programs Manager. Key Responsibilities: Leverage expertise to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive impactful change Own critical components of global HR operations and drive the evolution of HR programs and processes Recommend and execute HR policies, manage HRIS, and serve as a primary point of contact for employees Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR roles, preferably in a tech startup environment Strong understanding of US HR compliance and ability to ramp up on international HR compliance Proficiency in HR systems management, experience in employee benefits administration, and project management skills Commitment to employee well-being and development
