We are seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our client team in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Asset and Validation Surveys prior to works beginning, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. This role requires a technically minded individual who can work effectively off an asset sheet and provide valuable insights to support project success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Asset and Validation Surveys in accordance with project requirements and specifications. Utilise technical expertise to backss building assets and identify any discrepancies or issues that may impact project outcomes. Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate recording and documentation of survey findings. Provide recommendations and solutions to address identified issues and optimise project performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate survey results and facilitate decision: making processes. Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and standard procedures for surveying activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally within the construction industry. Technical proficiency and ability to work off an asset sheet. Strong understanding of building regulations, construction standards, and industry best practices. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Full driving license.
