About Our Opportunity As the Configuration Analyst (CSO 3), you play a key role in supporting ICTS’ client focused Service Management Program. You will maintain the integrity of ICTS’ Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB), by ensuring key ITIL processes, such as Change Management, Major Incident and Configuration Management, are followed. As part of a dynamic service management team, you will ensure that configuration data is available, when and where it is needed, to support other service management processes. Primary Accountabilities Working with the process owner, you’ll plan and coordinate all process activities related to the Configuration Management Database; Identification, classification and specification of all configuration items (CI’s).
